Bruno Bauer is licensed to practise law at the bar in Frankfurt am Main.
The focus of his activities lies in advising German and Italian companies on industrial property rights (brands, design, competition law) and copyright law. His work includes providing advice, registering intellectual property rights and, in particular, conducting infringement proceedings. In addition, he is active in various areas of commercial law (work contract law, company law, insolvency law). In this context, he has gained experience in international arbitration proceedings.
He is a member of the German-Italian Lawyers' Association (DIJV) and the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
