The contributions of the International Forum on Inheritance Law are now available online (https://inheritanceforum.com/reports/). The reports on the inheritance law of the individual states were written by renowned inheritance law experts from the respective jurisdictions.

Dr. André Castelli, lawyer, edited the report on German law, Dr. Rodolfo Dolce acted as Local Representative for Germany

A second edition of the Forum will take place shortly, in which further colleagues will present the law of succession of other states (including Australia, Canada, Turkey and Spain).

The forum is extremely interesting and provides many suggestions, also for solving the issue of international succession cases.
