On September 28 and 29, the Annual General Meeting of the Pan European Organization of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL) took place in Dublin. Our colleague Dr. Stefano Dangel is a member of the PEOPIL board. Interesting topics such as the liability of doctors for excessive prescription of opioids in US law or the EU legal reform on artificial intelligence were discussed and lively debated.
