On 10 May 2022 the final version of the new EU Regulation No. 720/2022 on Vertical Agreements (so called "VBER" - Vertical Block Exemption Regulations) was issued and will enter into force on 1 June 2022. We attach the final text of the Regulation and the Guidelines of the European Commission. Our comments on the new provisions will follow.
