The Higher Regional Court of Braunschweig will hear the class action brought by Italian consumers against Volkswagen on 22.2.2022 (we hope the date is lucky). So far, only German consumers have benefited from Volkswagen's settlement offer. The South Tyrolean consumer association rightly complains about the different treatment. Dolce Lauda represents the plaintiff.
