According to a decree of the Minister of Justice of 13.1.2021, it will be possible for Italian colleagues to file certain pleadings in criminal proceedings online, which previously could only be validly prepared in writing. These include the criminal complaint, the criminal complaint, the complaint against a discontinuation of criminal proceedings and also the appointment of a defence lawyer.
