Caroline Havemann is licensed to practice law in Germany and was admitted to the bar in Frankfurt am Main and is also a European lawyer admitted to the bar in Udine, Italy.
Main legal activities
Her legal work focuses on advising internationally active companies from German, Italian and French-speaking countries on international sales law and commercial law, with particular regard to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This includes drafting national and international sales contracts as well as assisting her clients in the context of international trade relations. Furthermore, she assists and represents her clients before German courts and in international arbitration proceedings.
Memberships
She is a member of the Association for the Exchange of Ideas of German-Italian Lawyers and of the German-French Lawyers Association.
