Activities
The focus of her legal practice lies in advising and representing clients on IP law (registration and defence of trade mark rights, domain names, patent licences, PGI, PDO and DOC product designations of origin), copyright (including music, film, photography), competition law, protection of Made in Italy, use of blockchain technology for the defence of industrial property rights. Outside these specialist areas, she is also active in various areas of Italian civil law, debt collection and enforcement law in Italy, international private and commercial law, international contract law.
Memberships
She is a member of the Società Italiana Esperti di Diritto delle Arti e dello Spettacolo (SIEDAS), an association of Italian experts in the law of visual arts and stage, President of the Como Section of the Associazione Italiana Giovani Avvocati (AIGA), Coordinator of the Arts and Entertainment Law Department of the AIGA Tommaso Bucciarelli Foundation, and member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
