Silence is not always golden

Silence is not always golden

In his editorial for NJW 24/2023, Möller quite rightly describes the healing effect of silence on the multitude of digital messages that everyone receives, be it via email, social networks or messaging services.

However, he also points out that it is sometimes advisable to reply to nonsensical messages. The provision of Section 31 II No. 4d of the Federal Data Protection Act, which the editors have not yet known, is cited. According to this, a failure to respond to a completely nonsensical reminder can worsen the scoring - i.e. your own creditworthiness. So write, write, write.
